Home is a sacred space. A place to collect your thoughts, nourish, love, exist. The comfort of a warm shower. A stove. Your things. YOUR things. Rooms filled with people you choose to share it with. A little box containing your memories, able to be locked with one key and returned to at your convenience.
This performance is about the loss of sacred space. In the smallest or most profound way. Home is not always where the heart is.
